Thanks for sharing this brief article on flood. There are a lot of disadvantages of purchasing a home in a higher flood zone. I like that you mentioned the FEMA flood zone map . If the house you're interested in is inside a FEMA-assigned flood zone, it's astute to have a careful assessment directed.
